The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors and users of this website, aneau.com. By using this website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below and will be bound by all of the subsequent rules and regulations.
Unless otherwise stated, the ANEAU website and all of its contents are exclusive property of ANEAU and are protected by copyright and trademark.
All orders are shipped from New South Wales, Australia. We aim to ship orders within two business days of the order being placed. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
This is a world of diversity and choice, where anyone with a great idea can make a difference and where delivery does not have an impact on the planet – this is why all our deliveries are 100% Carbon Neutral.
Postage is free for standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders above $70AUD. International shipping is a flat rate of $30AUD.
RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully. Being a small business ANEAU can offer returns and will happily exchange any goods purchased from aneau.com provided the goods are unused, have not been washed, are still in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Exchanges and returns will only be offered if items are received back at the ANEAU office within 7 days of the customer originally receiving their order.
To complete an return or exchange, the customer must email email@example.com to notify us they wish to return or exchange their order. The customer will then be emailed instructions on how to complete their exchange or return.
All exchanges or returns are done at the customer’s own expense and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. ANEAU takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without valid tracking or proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a return shipping charge will be applied.
