Shipping and Returns


The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors and users of this website, By using this website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below and will be bound by all of the subsequent rules and regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, the ANEAU website and all of its contents are exclusive property of ANEAU and are protected by copyright and trademark. 



All orders are shipped from New South Wales, Australia. We aim to ship orders within two business days of the order being placed. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

This is a world of diversity and choice, where anyone with a great idea can make a difference and where delivery does not have an impact on the planet – this is why all our deliveries are 100% Carbon Neutral.

Postage is free for standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders above $70AUD. International shipping is a flat rate of $30AUD.


Unfortunately ANEAU cannot offer returns, but will happily exchange any goods purchased from provided the goods are unused, have not been washed, are still in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Exchanges will only be offered if items are received back at the ANEAU officewithin 14 daysof the customer originally receiving their order.

To complete an exchange, the customer must email to notify us they wish to exchange their order. The customer will then be emailed instructions on how to complete their exchange and what information to include on or inside the package. If no other product is suitable at the time of exchange a credit will be granted.

All exchanges are done at the customer’s own expense and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. ANEAU takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without valid tracking or proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a return shipping charge will be applied.
